Malcolm has experience in civil trials, arbitrations, and adjudications and has
managed a high volume of litigation across multiple matters.
Malcolm matriculated from Maritzburg College and completed his LLB at the
Pietermaritzburg law faculty at UKZN. He began his legal career at Tatham Wilkes
where he later became a director.
In 2022, Malcolm was admitted as a lawyer in New South Wales and joined a leading construction law practice in Perth, Western Australia where he gained advanced trial advocacy experience in a fused legal system where lawyers are less reliant on briefing counsel.
